These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and mbislot ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://mbislot.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality offered through the Platform, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, bonus programmes, and any associated mobile or web applications.

By creating an Account or otherwise accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;

• You are not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or otherwise prohibited from using gambling services under applicable laws;
• You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling platform or subject to any self-exclusion order that would cover the Platform's services.

These Terms are effective from the date of your account registration and remain in force for as long as your Account is active or until terminated in accordance with the provisions herein.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on mbislot, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum requirement. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned at our sole discretion after costs and fees incurred are deducted.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. mbislot expressly reserves the right to restrict access from any territory where it determines that offering its services may be unlawful.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Upon detection of multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the player permanently barred from the Platform.

4.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts are for personal use only. You must not share your Account with any other person, allow any other person to use your Account, or hold an Account on behalf of a third party. Any winnings generated through shared or third-party-accessed accounts will be voided.

To access real-money gaming services on mbislot, you must complete the account registration process and, where required, submit to KYC identity verification. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address.

5.1 KYC Documentation

We may at any time, and are required to, request that you submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity, age, and, where applicable, source of funds:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months);

5.2 Verification Timelines

We will make reasonable efforts to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receipt of complete documentation. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending KYC completion. You are strongly advised to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays when withdrawing winnings.

5.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication tokens. You must notify mbislot's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. mbislot will never request your password.

mbislot accepts deposits through a range of approved payment methods tailored to Malaysian players. All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• DuitNow (instant bank transfer via the Malaysian real-time payment network);
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — supports Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, AmBank, RHB, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions;
• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay;
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), and other approved digital assets as updated from time to time.

6.1 Minimum Deposit Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for fiat currency payment methods (DuitNow, FPX, e-wallets) and an equivalent of approximately RM100 for cryptocurrency deposits. Minimum deposit thresholds for specific bonuses may differ — please refer to the relevant bonus terms.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via DuitNow and e-wallets are credited to your Account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. Rare delays may occur due to banking system downtime or network congestion. Cryptocurrency deposits are typically credited after the required number of network confirmations are received, which may take up to 30 minutes depending on network conditions.

6.3 Deposit Restrictions

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from accounts in third-party names are strictly prohibited and will result in reversal of funds and potential account suspension. mbislot reserves the right to request verification of any payment method at any time.

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your Account Balance are subject to the following terms and conditions. mbislot is committed to processing approved withdrawals promptly, with most DuitNow withdrawals completed within 5–15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds, you must have: (a) completed KYC identity verification; (b) satisfied any applicable wagering requirements associated with claimed bonus funds; (c) not be subject to any pending investigations or compliance reviews; and (d) used the same payment method for withdrawal as was used to make the original deposit, where technically possible.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Processing times vary by payment method. DuitNow withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. FPX bank transfers may take up to 1 business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30–60 minutes after the required compliance checks are completed.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

7.4 Forfeiture of Bonus Funds

Any bonus funds remaining in your Account that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited automatically. Only your real-money Balance is eligible for withdrawal. You may be required to wager your entire Balance before a withdrawal is permitted if the Platform system detects an outstanding bonus wagering obligation.

8.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria may include minimum deposit amounts, player tier, game type restrictions, and geographic requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per new player. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses by registering additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds in accordance with the Platform's wagering order, which is displayed in the Account settings.
• Bonuses that have been inactive (no wagering activity) for 30 consecutive days will expire and be removed from your Account without notice.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using matched betting or arbitrage strategies expressly to extract bonus value, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers, or misrepresenting personal information to become eligible for a promotion — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mbislot reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, void winnings derived from abused bonuses, and permanently close any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

All games available on the mbislot Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in the game rules.

9.1 Game Fairness

All Random Number Generator (RNG) slot and table games on the Platform are independently tested and certified for fairness by approved testing laboratories. The certified RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed in the respective game information panel. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the operational rules of those studios, which are independently monitored for compliance.

9.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other events covered by the Platform, are governed by mbislot's Sportsbook Rules, which are available in the Help section of the Platform. In the event of abandoned or void events, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sportsbook rules.

9.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software failure that results in an erroneous display, incorrect odds, or an invalid game outcome, mbislot reserves the right to void the affected game round or transaction and restore all affected balances to their pre-error state. No claim for compensation will be accepted for outcomes arising from a demonstrably erroneous game state.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games, place bets, or exploit the Platform in any way;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or tournament settings;
• Money laundering or using the Platform as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or otherwise compromise the Platform's security, software, or game algorithms;
• Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation service to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mbislot staff or other players through any communication channel.

mbislot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any policy published on the Platform;
• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• A request from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or a financial intelligence unit;
• The player's own request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion;
• A determination by mbislot that continuing to provide services to the player would pose a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining after deduction of outstanding obligations will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to applicable compliance checks.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit mbislot's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is operational and accurate, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

Your privacy is important to us.
